What is Yera Connect?
Yera Connect is payment orchestration software for merchants. It helps merchants create checkout sessions, payment links, WooCommerce orders, provider redirects, webhook events, and settlement reporting from one dashboard.
Does Yera Connect custody customer or merchant funds?
No. Yera Connect coordinates checkout, status, webhooks, dashboards, and reporting. Payment processing, fiat conversion, KYC, and crypto settlement are handled by provider partners and generated receiving-address flows where configured.
When is an order marked paid?
An order is marked paid only after backend confirmation such as a verified provider webhook or confirmed settlement event. Opening checkout, generating a buy link, redirecting to a provider, or returning from a provider does not mark an order paid.
Which settlement asset is supported first?
The MVP settlement path is USDC on Polygon. Additional assets and networks should only be enabled after provider, dashboard, risk, and reconciliation support are ready.
Can WooCommerce orders use Yera Connect?
Yes. WooCommerce orders should create the same Yera checkout session used by payment links and API flows. After confirmed payment, Yera sends the order update back to the merchant store.
Do merchants receive webhooks?
Yes. Merchants can configure webhook endpoints so their website or backend receives payment status updates. Webhook delivery should be signed, logged, retried, and visible in the merchant dashboard.
Who handles card data and customer verification?
Yera Connect does not collect card details directly. Card, bank, KYC, and conversion steps happen inside provider-managed checkout flows.
Can I use payment links without code?
Yes. Payment links are designed for invoices, manual orders, support-assisted checkout, and merchants that want to start without a custom integration.
How does pricing work?
Plans include a monthly fee, session limits, payment-link limits, feature access, support level, and platform commission. Enterprise merchants can request custom commercial terms.
Is Yera Connect a bank or investment platform?
No. Yera Connect provides software and payment orchestration infrastructure. It is not presented as a bank, custodian, lender, investment platform, or financial advisor.
