Provider settings
Understand payment provider routing and available checkout methods.
Provider settings show how Yera Connect can route checkout sessions.
This page is mainly for visibility and support. It helps merchants understand which provider routes are available and whether checkout routing is ready.
What this page is for
- Review available payment routes.
- Understand provider readiness.
- Check which routes can support the merchant checkout flow.
- Help support diagnose checkout provider issues.
What merchants may see
Depending on the account, provider settings may show:
- Available checkout providers.
- Supported assets or payment routes.
- Sandbox or live readiness.
- Routing status.
- Provider error or unavailable state.
- Notes from Yera Connect support.
Merchant note
Most merchants do not need to manually change provider routing. Yera Connect chooses a route based on the checkout type, payment method, configured provider, and supported settlement path.
When to check provider settings
Check this page when:
- Checkout cannot be created.
- A route is unavailable.
- Sandbox works but live checkout does not.
- Support asks for provider status.
- The merchant changes settlement asset or checkout method.
What to do if a provider route is unavailable
Confirm the account is approved, the wallet is verified, the settlement asset is supported, and the checkout mode matches the API key type.
If the issue remains, contact support with the provider route shown in the dashboard.
