Transactions represent payment results.

Use Transactions to confirm payment outcome, value, customer reference, source, settlement asset, and provider status.

A payment session tracks the checkout attempt. A transaction tracks the confirmed payment result or final payment event.

What merchants can track

  1. Paid amount
  2. Fiat currency
  3. Settlement asset
  4. Customer email
  5. Payment method
  6. Provider status
  7. WooCommerce order reference
  8. Payment link reference
  9. Payment session reference
  10. Created time and final status

Common transaction statuses

Paid means the payment was successful.

Failed means the payment did not complete.

Pending means confirmation is still waiting or still processing.

Refunded means a paid transaction was refunded or marked as refunded.

Expired usually belongs to a payment session, but merchants may see related checkout records when a customer does not finish payment.

How transactions help reconciliation

Use Transactions when matching Yera Connect activity with:

  1. WooCommerce orders.
  2. Payment links.
  3. Customer emails.
  4. Provider records.
  5. Settlement reports.
  6. Support tickets.

When a transaction is missing

Check the related payment session first. The session may still be pending, expired, failed, or waiting for provider confirmation.

What to send support

Include:

  1. Transaction ID if available.
  2. Payment session ID.
  3. Customer email.
  4. WooCommerce order ID or payment link reference.
  5. Timestamp.
  6. Screenshot or exact error message if available.
